2. Free Trials and Access

We may offer free trials or promotional access. Trials may have limited duration or features, and access may change or end when the trial period expires. We may modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not share your account or use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, or resell case content, images, or other materials without permission.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Educational Use Only

Karyotutor is a training and educational tool. Its cases, scoring, and reference materials are intended for learning and practice and must not be used as the sole basis for clinical diagnosis or patient care decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, content, case library, and branding, is owned by Karyotutor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own training.

6. Content You Submit

If you or your institution import cases, images, or other materials, you represent that you have the rights to do so and grant us the permissions needed to host and display that content within the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karyotutor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
